Campus leaders from across the UT System will meet to discuss current challenges of enrollment management–including both the recruitment and retention of students–as our campuses navigate the impact of the pandemic.

Registration

Register for the conference. There is a $15 fee to attend this year’s event. Please provide your preferred cost center at registration. Cost centers will be billed following the event.

UT System Division of AA&SS has reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Nashville Airport for the evening of Nov. 1. Use this link to book a hotel room. The group name for the retreat is UT JOINT CAO-CSAO. The conference rate for the event is $139.

COVID-19 Information
To be in accordance with the CDC and the University of Tennessee’s policies and current mask mandates, masks will be required during the entirety of the AA&SS Summit 2021. UT System AA&SS is working with the Nelson Andrews Leadership Lodge to ensure that summit attendees can social distance, if that is their preference, while still engaging in event discussions and presentations.

Masks will be required at all times, with the exception of eating and outdoor activities. Recognizing that some individuals may not feel comfortable meeting for a face-to-face event, keynote presentations will be live streamed via Zoom and recordings of certain discussions will be accessible following the event.

 

Meals

UT System Division of AA&SS will provide appetizers at a reception on the evening of Nov. 1. Breakfast and a boxed lunch will be served on Nov. 2. Snacks and beverages will be provided throughout the event.

Summit participants are invited to attend a reception in the Hermitage Room at the Hilton Nashville Airport on Monday, Nov. 1 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. There will be a cash bar and hors d’oeuvres.
